Walmart Meat Department
My team at Elkins Design had the opportunity to redesign the Meat Department at Walmart, and I served as Creative Director. We pored through consumer research to identify specific areas we could improve through design. Navigation, education, presentation—even sanitation: we addressed it all. The sales lift in test stores was significant, and the new design should be in all Walmart stores by the end of 2019.
We also shot all of the photography in our studio, and I was one of the photographers along with Kevin Wilkerson and food stylist Ashley Henderson. Here are a few of my shots:
