There's something mesmerizing to me in these photos, all taken aboard a retired aircraft carrier. Each one is complex and gritty, but sometimes it's balanced with a beautiful simplicity. In terms of form and function, these spaces were designed entirely around function, and function only. And somehow, that came all the around to it's own form and a unique beauty.
